What We Offer

This initiative supports individuals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to gain access and successfully transition to the NDIS.

NDIS Access provides support to: 

• Assess eligibility for the NDIS based on the NDIA eligibility criteria

• Links and referrals to community support services.

• Support while gathering information and evidence for the NDIS application

 

Eligibility

• Aboriginal people, or the direct family member of a Aboriginal person in the household and are NOT on the NDIS   

• Aged between 8 and 65 years of age
