We aim to provide outstanding service, but we know that sometimes things do not go the way they should. Your complaint lets us know where we can improve. Complaints can be made about any aspect of our business including services you did not receive, services which were not helpful or about the behaviour of our staff. You have a right to complain and we take all feedback seriously.

KWY is committed to providing the highest level of service. Any complaints received will be responded to promptly, fairly investigated and you will be notified of the outcome.
