Family Liaison worker

The successful applicant will possess skills, experience and knowledge in working with Aboriginal people to address child protection and domestic and family violence. The KWY Family Liaison Practitioner will be responsible for participating in the implementation of the collaborative service response across the domestic and family violence sector and child protection system.

The KWY Family Liaison Practitioner will also have strong communication skills to ensure the day to day liaison with clients and relevant government and non-government stakeholders, pertinent to the delivery of outcomes.

Children's Practitioner

The successful applicant will possess skills, experience and knowledge in working with Aboriginal people to address child protection concerns and domestic and family violence. The KWY Children’s Practitioner will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering therapeutic and trauma-informed case management.

 

The KWY Children’s Practitioner will also have strong communication skills to ensure the day to day liaison with clients and relevant government and non-government stakeholders, pertinent to the delivery of outcomes.

Kinship Care Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kinship Carer Support Worker to provide case management and support to Kinship Carers in the KWY Kinship Care Program.

The successful applicant will possess skills, experience, and knowledge in working with Aboriginal people in a case management or support setting. The role also includes the provision of assistance, advocacy and information to Kinship Carers.
