
Intensive Family Support Practitioner (Unborn & Infant)
We have a full-time and part-time vacancy available for an initial 12-month period, with a high likelihood of extension. YAFIN Program was funded for delivery over the next nine years.
The Young Aboriginal Families in the North (YAFIN) program provides intensive, support to young, first-time parents, working from pre-birth to up to 2 years of age.
The program focuses on:

As a YAFIN Practitioner, you will deliver intensive, culturally responsive case management to young parents and families with complex needs. You will work alongside families to support safety and long-term wellbeing outcomes through practical support, advocacy, and collaborative planning.
Adult Community Education Program Facilitator
Kornar Winmil Yunti Aboriginal Corporation (KWY) is seeking passionate and culturally aware Facilitators to deliver foundational English language, literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy (LLND) training to First Nations participants in metropolitan Adelaide. This role is part of the federally funded SEE First Nations Delivery Grant initiative aimed at removing barriers to education and supporting Closing the Gap outcomes.
The successful applicant will possess skills, experience, and knowledge in working with Aboriginal people to address Child Protection and Domestic and Family Violence concerns. The applicant will operate within a therapeutic, trauma-informed framework. The applicant would have demonstrated knowledge of case management and working with Aboriginal families.
Program Coordinator - IFS
The KWY Program Coordinator – Intensive Family Services provides senior practice leadership, clinical direction and operational coordination to Family Practitioners.
The Program Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager and Director. The Program Coordinator supports high‑risk decision‑making, oversees allocation and flow of referrals, monitors key performance indicators, and ensures service delivery aligns with cultural, clinical and contractual requirements.
The successful applicant will be an experienced child and family practitioner with strong leadership capability and a deep understanding of Aboriginal ways of working.
