What We Offer

Supporting Adolescent Boys Trial – New Horizons supports adolescent boys and young men aged 12–18 in Port Augusta who are using, or are at risk of using, family, domestic or sexual violence.

Delivered by KWY in partnership with Centacare Catholic Country SA and Uniting Country SA, the program provides individual, trauma‑ and healing‑informed support tailored to each young person’s needs. Young people are supported to understand their experiences, manage emotions, build healthier relationships and develop positive coping and decision‑making skills.

The program offers culturally responsive support, outreach in youth‑friendly spaces, and strong links with education, disability and health services.

Eligibility

Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander males aged 12 - 18 years, who have displayed violent behaviour or are at risk of engaging in violent behaviours.
