
What We Offer
My Spirit is a culturally appropriate group program that utilises a narrative framework approach with the aim of supporting men who have used violence in the past to begin their healing journey to address all other domains in their lives.
The program provides men a culturally safe space to yarn openly about topics that are impacting them, their partners or ex-partners, children and their wider kinship circles to foster healthy relationships. Through cultural healing the program aims to provide the men with the necessary skills to become empowered to create meaningful change.

Eligibility
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander males aged 18+ years. who have displayed violent behaviour or are at risk of engaging in violent behaviours.

Get Started

Referrals to the program can come from government departments, youth and community centres, non-government organisations, family, community, self-referral and internally through KWY.
