KWY in partnership with Adelaide PHN is offering Culturally Responsive and Trauma Informed Suicide Prevention Training.

Participants can expect:

• Improved practitioner capacity to identify and respond to suicidal distress and social determinants that can lead to suicidal distress.

• Improved practitioner confidence in culturally responsive and compassionate care and narrative-based approaches to supportive conversations abouts suicidal thoughts and behaviours.

• Reduced stigma and shame and increased supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviour.
