Ana Wardli – Towards Home –Intensive Family Support (IFS)

What we offer…

Ana Wardli provides a culturally informed outreach support service, that provides an integrated, strengths based, trauma-informed and culturally responsive model of assessment, as well as professional support to vulnerable Aboriginal families.

We use a trauma-sensitive approach and assertive outreach to support children and families who have experienced trauma or adversity. We build family safety and lower risks in the home.

Ana Wardli provides a range of integrated services to improve family functioning and skills over a 6-month period. We provide assessment and case plans for each family which may include parent education and skill development, individual and family counselling, specialist counselling for children and young people, domestic and family violence support, anger management and behaviour change, brokerage to fund specialist services and warm referral to appropriate services.

The KWY model meets people within the home or in a culturally safe place where the family feels comfortable.
