What We Offer

The My Journey is a culturally appropriate behaviour change program for men who use violence against women and children. My Journey works through a holistic family intervention response model to end Aboriginal family violence.

The My Journey program uses a narrative framework and has been co-designed with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. My Journey works closely with specialist homelessness and family, domestic violence and sexual violence services, The Department of Human Services, and the Courts Administration Authority.

 

Eligibility

Aboriginal men or men who use violence against their Aboriginal partner.

• Referrals to the program can come from government departments, non-government organisations, family, community, self-referral and internally through KWY.​
