What we offer

This initiative supports individuals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to gain access and successfully transition to the NDIS.

NDIS Access provides support to: 

• Assess eligibility for the NDIS

• Links and warm referrals to support services for assessments and support

• Support while gathering information and evidence for the NDIS application

 

Eligibility

Aboriginal people who have a disability and are not on the NDIS.

If you or your client needs help with the NDIS application, access request or want to know if you are eligible, contact us.

Referrals to the program can come from Government departments, Non-Government Organisations, family, community, self-referral and internally through KWY.
